Warranty Policy

We take great pride in delivering highest quality craftsmanship and premium fabrics, and we stand by the performance of each of our products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, you can return the item for a replacement within one year of purchase.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper care. Normal wear and tear includes the natural signs of use over time, such as minor abrasions or slight color fading.

To report a manufacturing defect and receive a prompt replacement, please email your order number and a photo of the defect to support@alfacub.com or alternatively, you may start a request below.
