What is the status of my order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of the order through our preferred carrier.

Can I modify my order

If your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing for our warehouse to ship. This is to ensure you get your order as fast as possible and no changes can be made at this point. Please contact us immediately at support@alfacub.com if you wish to cancel an order. Alternatively, you can return or exchange your item(s) once your package arrives.

How do I cancel my order

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request cancellation, please email support@alfacub.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed.

How do I return or exchange my item(s)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned item(s) must meet the requirements of our return policy here.

We currently do not offer exchanges, you will need to return the item(s) you would like to exchange and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

What is the status of my return

All returns are subjected to review in accordance with our return policy. Once the items are received by our warehouse, please allow up to (5) business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. If you have not received your refund after (5) business days, please contact us at support@alfacub.com.

Why is my discount code not working

Discount codes are for one-time use only. If you cancel or return your order, you are unable to use the code a second time. Discount codes cannot be used with other sale items or stacked on site-wide promotions.

Will I be charged duties and taxes

Item(s) shipped internationally from our designated warehouse in Canada may be subjected to taxes and import duties enforced by the destination country.

For orders shipped to the USA, please note that most of our products are currently manufactured in China, and an import duty of at least 20% will be applied.

If you are uncertain about whether your order will be subjected to these taxes and import duties, please email support@alfacub.com before finalizing your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen

We provide shipping protection as an option for selected countries, offering coverage for packages loss or damage.

If your package is reported as delivered and you have not received your item(s), we will investigate any claims in a reasonably timely manner. Alfacub Inc does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier and does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address information you have provided is incorrect or was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
